Bikes are often designed so that – if an engine guard is present – the footrest and guard touch down almost simultaneously at a lean angle that is not critical in terms of tire grip. It's important to be aware that various factors, such as the bike's load or riding over a dip or pothole, can limit the lean angle.
For riders who want more reserves when approaching the asphalt, we have developed our lean angle indicators (#13515-200) , which can be easily screwed onto the outside of the original enduro footrests .

This Wunderlich ULTIMATE engine guard is specially designed for adventure riding.
It not only reliably protects the cylinders and valve covers, but also the two lambda sensors. This all-round protection concept increases passive safety and thus driving pleasure. In the event of a fall or a tip-over, the forces acting on the motorcycle are optimally distributed across the protective bar structure to the resilient mounting points, thus avoiding force and torque peaks and effectively reducing material stress.
The engine guard structure is made of 25-millimeter precision stainless steel tubing. The tubing segments are formed on CNC tube bending machines and then neatly welded. Visually, the guard integrates seamlessly with the motorcycle's design, blending in with its striking appearance. Our ULTIMATE engine guard is designed for easy maintenance: The oil drain plug and oil filter cartridge are fully accessible for oil changes without having to disassemble the engine guard.
