At GSAccessories, we strive to provide the best products and services to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund policy to make the process as easy as possible.

Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, please ensure the following:

The item must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.

The item must be, in its original condition, unused, unopened, and with all original packaging and tags.
Returns Policy (Non-Faulty Goods)
Returns for non-faulty goods must be pre-authorised (if not pre-authorised the return will be rejected). Goods may only be returned direct to us if they were purchased direct from us (customer must provide a receipt). Otherwise to be returned to original vendor.
Goods must be RECEIVED in re-sellable condition, in the opinion of GS Accessories. We recommend that all parcels are sent back to GS Accessories via trackable means by a reputable carrier. Goods must be returned within 7 DAYS of receipt. After this period a handling fee of 25% of the original invoice value WILL BE CHARGED . Items received in a non re-saleable condition will result in no refund being given.

The customer must pay any and all carriage charges. No returns of discontinued products, after 14 days of purchase. This policy does not affect your statutory rights and does not refer to faulty goods.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
Exchanges
