Prepreg, a pre-impregnated carbon fabric, ensures even resin distribution with a high fibre volume. This leads to maximum strength and increased flexibility of components. Autoclave processing, under controlled temperature and pressure conditions, ensures perfect, even curing and a flawless finish. This method eliminates air inclusions in the material, ensuring consistently high quality.
