The EXTREME DirectLock cases are locked onto the original BMW case holder for the aluminium cases of the BMW R 1300 GS Adventure – on top two Wunderlich inner bags

EXTREME DirectLock case set regular: 80 mm wider than the slimline version (40 mm per side) – without cutout for maximum storage space of 90 litres
Integrated Wunderlich DirectLock system: Direct, precise mounting on the original mounts for BMW aluminium cases – combined with rear locking and lockable theft protection at the front – two discreet adapters (one per case) provide additional secure hold
Toploader concept with maximum flexibility: Lids can be opened forwards or backwards or completely removed – for comfortable loading and unloading
High-quality workmanship for maximum durability: Robust construction in Adventure look combined with stainless steel locking system and embossed Wunderlich brand logo
100% dust and waterproof thanks to special gasket – additionally protected lock cylinders by removable rubber caps
 
On top: Two precisely fitting Wunderlich inner bags included – high-quality workmanship for optimal organisation of luggage
Lashing eyes on the lid allow the secure transport of additional luggage
Replaceable corner protection made of impact-resistant plastic protects the cases during use and off-road
 
Notes and recommendations
Same key lock cylinders
So that you only need one key for your luggage system, we offer same key lock cylinders. You need three lock cylinders per case – two for the fittings of the case lids and one for the locking of the DirectLock cases with the case carrier. Please order the lock cylinders separately with the following Part No.:

Matching top cases EXTREME and EXTREME maXLine
The EXTREME cases with DirectLock system can be combined with the top cases EXTREME (#30167-40x) and EXTREME maXLine (#30167-70x). The top cases are also available in aluminium colour or black.
Recommendation: If you want to combine cases and top cases, please order the lock cylinder set with eight same key lock cylinders and keys (six for the cases and two for the top case). Part No.: #30167-503

The Wunderlich EXTREME cases with DirectLock system – always including two Wunderlich inner bags.
Whether on the motorway, on the way to the North Cape or through demanding Offroad: The Aluminium EXTREME cases reliably accompany you through thick and thin – stable, light and consistently designed for function.
The quick-release system allows for fast and secure mounting on the carrier. A precise sealing system reliably protects the contents from dust and water. The construction of 1.5 mm thick Aluminium with stabilising beads, robust stainless steel clasps, interchangeable all-round protection elements at the corners and protective caps for the (optional) locks ensures maximum resistance and long service life.
The scope of delivery includes two precisely fitting, high-quality inner bags that fit exactly into the EXTREME DirectLock cases and optimally organise the Luggage.
Additional lashing eyes on the lid allow for the secure attachment of further Luggage items such as rack pack bags. Inside, integrated Luggage nets ensure that rain gear, Tool or first aid kit are always quickly at hand.
The hinge locks on the front and back offer maximum flexibility when opening: Both opened, the lid can be completely removed and the case conveniently loaded from above. If only one lock is opened, the lid remains securely guided, can be set up forwards or backwards and is held by a retaining cable.
In the black powder-coated version, the high-quality case appears both technical and elegant.
